PRE-ORDER POLICY

 We can't provide an exact ship date:

• Depending on the volume of orders, and your place in line, please be aware that delivery of your pedal could take up to 10 weeks. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date. We will ship pedals the moment they are available. Orders are filled first come first served.

 Cancellations and refunds:

• If you decide that you want to cancel your pre-order, please contact us at info@taurus-pedals.com. Be sure to include your order number.

What does the order status 'Awaiting Payment' or 'Awaiting Fulfillment' mean?

• This means that we have captured your payment information, but won't charge you until your item ships.
