Where can I purchase your products? 

You can purchase our products using our online store or through an Authorized Dealer.

Inventory

Taurus Pedals is a very small company that believes in quality over quantity. We build, wire and test every single pedal personally by hand. These factors cause us to sometimes run into situations when a product goes temporarily out of stock. In this case we will send you an email explaining that the item you purchased is out of stock and an estimated shipping date.

When will your out of stock items be available again?

We never like to be out of stock, we are always building! Since small-scale manufacturing is often times difficult to forecast, we’re not able to give exact availability dates. However, feel free to email is and we will gladly give you any insight as to the status. Send emails to: info@taurus-pedals.com.

Shipping

We ship everything USPS two day priority, domestic and international.  We only ship to those countries where this is an option.  This protects both the customer and Taurus Pedals with door to door tracking and gets your new pedal to you as soon as possible. 

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are sent as soon as possible via email as soon as your order is shipped. You should receive at least one email from Taurus containing your tracking number.

If you do not receive this email please make sure you check your email junk and spam folders.

Do you take pre-orders?

Can you give me an ETA on my pre-order? 

Unfortunately we are unable to give estimated shipping dates for pre-ordered items.  Pedals ship out as soon as they’re built. Thanks so much for your order and support!
